This is a favorite of mine, the famous C-16 D&RGW #278. Along with #268, these two C-16s would
serve the D&RG for other 70 years. This substatially bashed Delton C-16 model reflects the #278 as
she looked in the late 1930s/early 40s. The tender shell is scratch built, along with most of the
loco's added details.
